On Friday I'm off to the ACCU Conference. I'm looking forward to Gumption Traps: Debugging Team Motivation presented by Rachel Davies, Ivan Moore and Duncan Pierce, and Retrospectives - Project Success with continuous Course Corrections presented by Jutta Eckstein.
